www.guiltless-pleasure.com ("The Website") and all site-related content and services are provided by Guiltless Pleasure Publishing ("GPP", "we", "us", "our"). Your use of the Website is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use agreement ("Terms of Use"), in addition to any guidelines or terms posted by GPP regarding specific services, content, or materials. We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use to this Website. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the currently posted version of the Terms of Use. GPP may deny service to you at any time, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the event you do not abide by the Terms of Use.
Access By Minors
Parts of GPP's Website are intended for visitors of 18 years or older. These sections are clearly marked with a disclaimer containing an age challenge, or are open only to registered members, where registration is contingent upon the user being of 18 years or older. By registering at the Website or answering the disclaimer's challenge and entering restricted sections, you certify that you are of legal age and interested of your own free will in watching mature content.
Return/No Refund Policy
You acknowledge that GPP will not provide refunds for any kind of electronic wares, including but not limited to electronic books and premium access to online material.
Print books may be refunded if returned within 30 days of their purchase. The ruling date as for the 30 days limit will be the "sent" post stamp on the returned book's package. You will be reimbursed for the price of the book as listed in the relevant invoice, after deducting any discount coupons you have applied to that order. For the record, you will not be reimbursed for either the original shipping costs or the shipping costs of returning the book to GPP.

Fraud Policy
GPP reserves the right to suspend your account if fraud is suspected. Suspended account will not have access to premium online materials and/or to their history of downloads.
Copyright
Copyright on this Website, including all materials included in it, is owned by or licensed to GPP, all rights are reserved. You must abide by all copyright notices and restrictions contained on the Site.
You may not copy, distribute, enter into a database, display, perform, create derivative works of, transmit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use any materials from the Website, including audiovisual material, text, graphics, computer programs, or other code ("Site Materials"). The exceptions to this are:
(1) You may download, access, and view digital content for which you have purchased a limited use license in accordance with the terms in this agreement.
(2) You may download one machine-readable copy of the Site Materials, other than eBook content or program code, only for personal, noncommercial use. You agree not to alter the text, graphics or audiovisual content of said materials, and to refrain from removing any trademark, copyright, or other notice displayed on the Site Materials.
Trademarks
Guiltless Pleasure Publishing, GPP, the GPP logo, Eroticons, and any other trademarks or trade names on the Site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of GPP or are under license to GPP ("Trademarks"). You may not use the GPP Trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, nor in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users about whether we are the source, sponsor, or endorser of the product or service, nor in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
All Trademarks on the Site not owned by GPP are the property of their respective owners.
Proprietary Rights and Re-Use Policy
You acknowledge and agree that the information and materials presented on or through the Site will remain the property of GPP and its licensors or providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and related laws, rules and regulations. The materials produced by GPP (including photographs, graphics, video and audio content, if any) are protected by copyright including, where applicable, as a collective work or compilation under the copyright laws of Israel, the United States, and other countries. All individual articles, content and other elements comprising this compilation and produced by GPP are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in any materials produced by GPP.
The trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names displayed on the Site (collectively the "Marks") are the registered and unregistered trademarks of GPP, GPP's licensors and suppliers, and others.
Disclaimer
The Website, including all information included therein, is provided "as is," with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or of the results obtained from the use of this information.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, ADVICE OR ADVERTISEMENT GIVEN BY GPP, ITS CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUCH PURPOSES.
The digital books sold by GPP are provided on an "as is, as available" basis without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. The implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title and fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.
GPP evaluates and edits all material according to its own standards and tastes, which may differ from yours. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the site materials is with the end user.
End user assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. In states where the exclusion of implied warranties is not allowed, the above exclusion may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights and the end user may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will GPP or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of the site materials be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages, including any lost profits, savings, damage to hardware or lost or damaged data or other programs arising out of the use or inability to use the site materials or associated information (if any), even if GPP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply notwithstanding any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy or any claim by any other party. GPP's sole liability to you or any third party, and your sole remedy arising out of or related to this agreement, the use of or inability to use the site materials or the information provided herewith, or decision made or action taken in reliance upon such information, however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise will not exceed in the aggregate the fee paid by you for any book content, if any. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so all or a portion of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GPP and our directors, officers, employees and consultants, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and other expenses that arise out of or from (a) your activities in connection with the Site; and (b) any violation of these Terms of Use by you, including breach of any representations or warranties made by you in this Terms of Use.
Links to Third Party Websites
Certain links in this Website may connect to other Websites maintained by third parties. GPP has no control over these Websites or the information or goods or services provided by such third parties. GPP shall have no liability for any use or reliance of a user on these third-party Websites.
Site participants may, on occasion, include links to other Websites and resources in their postings. Because GPP has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that GPP does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources, or for the availability of such external sites or resources. GPP shall have the right, but not the obligation, at any time and in its sole discretion, to block links from or to the Site through technological or other means, without prior notice.
Links, Frames, and Metatags
You may link to any page of the Website as long as the link does not cast us in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the content of the Website. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates the GPP Trademarks or our name without our express written consent.
Comments, Reviews, and Posts by Visitors
By posting comments or reviews on the Website, participating in the Website forums, or contacting GPP through the online contact form (collectively, "Posts"), you grant to us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right (including any moral rights) and license (with a right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, perform and display such content (in whole or in part) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other provider of the Posts. You also permit any Site participant to access, display, view, store and reproduce such Posts for personal use.
You acknowledge that to the extent that you include personally identifiable information in Posts, we may republish such information as part of the content. If we republish your content, we may provide authorship credit by listing your username as well.
The exception to this grant of rights is any forum designated as a "critique group" for writers, where writers shall retain all rights to any part of their work even if posted verbatim in the forum. This exception does not include other users and editors' replies to said works, providing that the replies do not include substantial verbatim quotes of said works.

This Website allows you to send e-mail to GPP or contact GPP through an online contact form. Information you send us will be considered non-confidential and may be used by GPP or its affiliates without restriction. DO NOT SEND INFORMATION THAT YOU CONSIDER CONFIDENTIAL OR PROPRIETARY, INCLUDING BUSINESS PLANS OR IDEAS, INVENTIONS, AND THE LIKE. By sending us your ideas, you agree that we may use such ideas without compensation to you.
Availability of User-Submitted Content
By posting any content on the Website, you certify your understanding that any such content will be available to either registered members or to all visitors, depending on the Website section in which you post. GPP does not control the action of other visitors to the Website, so please take care when deciding to reveal personal information.
The exception to content availability are submissions made through the online submission form ("Submissions"). Submissions will be available only to the editorial team and/or other test readers selected and approved by GPP. No use of Submission materials will be made unless with your consent.
User-Submitted Content Moderation
Although GPP has no obligation to monitor any content posted to the Website, you acknowledge and agree that we may do one or all of the following: (a) monitor posted content; (b) alter, edit, or remove any content in whole or in part, at our sole discretion; or (c) disclose any posted content. This section will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.
User-Submitted Content Guidelines
You agree not to:
- Post materials solely for the promotion of your own projects or commercial interests.
- Post any private information, or otherwise harvest, collect or disclose information, about another Site participant without his or her express consent.
- Post any content, information or disclosures that could be a violation of any state, federal, or local statute, regulation, code or common law principle.
- Post any content to the Site that is unlawful, racist, hateful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or that intentionally discriminates against or harasses particular individuals or groups.

- Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our prior written authorization.
Privacy Policy
GPP is committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal information private. We collect information you provide on your registration form, any online application, use of contact form or independent email, enrollment in our newsletter, and other ways. This information is kept strictly in our database and not forwarded, sold, or in any way shared with third parties.
The exception to this is the information required to fulfill your orders, including but not limited to your name, shipping address, billing address, and the details of your purchase EXCEPT payment method or details. This information will be disclosed, if at all, only to third parties who are approved by GPP and who practice similar Privacy Policies to protect your personal information.
However, if you decide to disclose personal information on any of the publicly available sections of the Website, or sections available for registered members only, GPP will not be held accountable for any use or harm resulting of such disclosure.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of April 17th, 2010, GPP is using Google Analytics to collect anonymous, statistic information about site users. If you would like to be excluded from this, please opt out on your account page (by clicking "Edit" and unchecking the "enable user tracking" option.
Marketing by Email
When you register an account with GPP, you will be given the option to join our newsletter. By enrolling in our newsletter you agree to receive marketing materials regarding GPP, GPP titles, events, discounts, et al. GPP reserves the right to include news, reviews, promotions, etc. regarding third parties, providing that such information is highly relevant to GPP and in GPP's opinion is beneficial to its readers.
You may change your newsletter preferences at any time through the Website (on your account page), or by using the unsubscribe link provided with each newsletter email. Changes will take effect immediately.
User's Additional Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant to GPP that (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Terms of Use; (b) your Posts are original to you or you have obtained all permissions, releases, rights or licenses required to grant the rights and assignments granted herein without obtaining any further releases or consents; and (c) your Posts do not violate, infringe or misappropriate any third party's copyright, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, or other personal or proprietary right, and do not contain any matter that is defamatory, or protected from disclosure by any law or regulation.
Information Available on or Through the Site
Some information made available on or through the Site is provided by third parties or other Site participants (such information referred to as "Third-Party Content"). The inclusion or appearance of Third-Party Content on the Site does not indicate any approval or endorsement by GPP of such Third-Party Content, or of any opinion, advice, or other information made or displayed on the Site by any user or other third party. GPP is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims any and all liability that may arise from Third-Party Content.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Website and this Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between GPP and you relating to the use of the Website and Website Materials, and supersedes all other prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and communications, and/or advertising by GPP, its consultants, employees or agents.
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Israel, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any disputes arising under this Agreement, or arising from use of any digital book Materials or other products created, distributed, sold, licensed or offered by GPP, or information contained therein, shall lie solely in the state or federal courts in Haifa, Israel, and you hereby consent to such personal jurisdiction before such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient site objections to such courts, in any matter arising out of or related to the Website and any products purchased through the Website or promoted on the Website, and these Terms of Use.
The parties hereby acknowledge that a suit for damages arising out of any breach or violation of any provision of this Agreement will be inadequate and shall cause irreparable harm that cannot be fully remedied by monetary damage. In the event of any breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement, GPP alone shall have the right, in addition to any other rights or remedies available at law or in equity, to obtain injunctive relief without the necessity of proving actual damages. GPP may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use. You agree to comply with all Israeli and foreign export control laws and regulations.
